Edit: My original review wasn?t direct. The hours have changed to 11-5 M-F, closed on the weekends. With an 8-5 job it?s not... possible to eat there. Great staff, great store. Shame that this is what they stoop to to save money. Read more
SO FRUSTRATED. I understand places can be understaffed so I'll be patient in having to wait.. but 10 minutes late then waiting... another 10 minutes because your delivery guy just delivered it to anybody on our site. I had to go track down who had our order.On top of that, the guy at the store I spoke to didn't care to help further except "he delivered and he's back at thestore". We ordered from you guys because Jimmy Johns is known to be fast and on time with the orders. This store does not meetthose standards. Should've ordered from Jersey Mikes. Read more
It's a solid place. Deliveries are slow because it's understaffed, which you can't hold against them. The manager Rod is awesome... and is happy to correct anything that went wrong. Read more

For some reason this location is consistently underwhelming. They always are pretty stingy when it comes to veggies and... condiments. Not sure if its the owners or management or both but everytime its almost comical how cheap they get with toppings.Update: I have sent feedback, owner(s) don't seem to care. Read more
I placed an online order. I guess the store manager or whoever decided to close the store down outside of the advertised hours... and my order never processed. I called to see what was taking the order so long and they told me this over the phone. I wascertainly charged for the meal, but never received it. The individual over the phone was rude and dismissive when I was simplyasking if they had received my online order. Will not be going here again. Read more

Truly wish I saw these reviews before ordering delivery online... Extremely slow. About 15 minutes after ordering it was marked... as ?out for delivery? so I assumed it would arrive shortly. Somehow it took a full hour to be delivered after that even thoughwhere I was staying is half a mile from the store. Fully did not expect it to take that long, I wish I just walked thereinstead.
