Loveeee this ice cream / Italian ice. Service was bad at maitland fl location I Only 1 employee working. Asked for chocolate... sprinkles . I went in to Jeremiahs today to redeem a birthday reward I had that had not yet expired. They scanned the QR code but pulled up... something on their system that would allow me to reading reward. They refused to redeem the reward even after I presented themwith ID. I never apologized for the error and then just walked away from the counter. This is extremely different from thewonderful service I received in the past. Admittedly, I am shocked and disappointed. Good luck trying to redeem a reward atJeremiahs, or, at least at this location. They do not seem to care and will just take the next person in line. VERY DISAPPOINTEDWITH THE ?SERVICE ?. :: UPDATE 1 :: Although this particular location has commented (somewhat generically) on my honest andplain review NO ONE has bothered to reach out to me personally. The staff is so great at making recommendations for flavor mixes! As always, it's delicious! I had the cookie butter (NOT cookie... batter) and strawberry gelati with vanilla ice cream AND the cookie crumbles. It's Biscoff, ya'll!!! Read more
