Agree with other reviews on here regarding serving size. I ordered two large sandwiches via door dash and medium fry. Order was... over $40. Food arrives and to my disappointment the sandwiches were very thin. For a moment I literally thought the contentswere missing. Opened it up and there lies a thin layer of steak and onions. Incredibly disappointing and frankly a rip off fora $18 sub. Won't bother ordering here anymore... Sad since we love PS. Read more
The manger was helpful to her team and had good customer skills. The young man who made my sandwich was friendly, polite,... professional and courteous. The sandwich was excellent and fries very good. The sweet tea was also good however the sierra miston this partcular day tasted like mildew. Read more
25 minute wait for carry out (2 sandwiches and a large fry). Other customers who came in after me as a party of 3 had their food... before me, which seemed a bit odd. (The manager took over the grill and suddenly things moved more expediently.) The dark-hairedfemale cashier was extremely good at her job bouncing between the register, bread, and checking on final steps of theorder/passing out orders to customers. It shouldn't have taken her to do three different stations/jobs for food to get out ofthe kitchen in a quick manner. On my fourth consecutive visit, I got a cheesesteak with an extremely tiny serving of steak. What really bothered me was that I... noticed the line cooks make an exact same order before mine that was loaded to the top with steak, but mine was all bread withchunks of steak here and there. Ordered my food on line at 6:41pm. Arrived at 6:55pm for a 7:00pm pickup. Watched people come and go with carryout. Asked a guy... at 7:12pm what his pickup time was. He told me 7:10pm. I stopped the guy handing the next customer their food and asked him whyI was never called or why my food wasn't on the pickup table. He promptly handed me my cold sandwich with not everything Iordered on it. Will not be ordering here again. Every time I give them extra time so that my order should be ready at therequested time.
