Went to this McDonald's drive-thru in Loveland great service Sasha being muffin with eggs okay as usual
Tried ordering ahead but when I arrived they didn't have burritos and coffee machine was down .ended up screwing up my order..

Went thru the drive-thru, my order was correct, however the girl that took the order was rude and disrespectful, This is why I... hate McDonald's...there is no reason to talk to someone disrespectfully. They have no manners.. After I paid she asked if Iwanted my receipt, I said no... I do not need it thank you .. she just slammed the window without saying Thank you, its justrude...every customer should be treated with respect. I love the kids that work at Chick fil a, I have never complained, theyare just kind and polite everytime. It seems Mcdonalds only hires miserable people that hate their jobs. Read more
Took forever in line to get to make order then again to pay and then to get 1 Carmel frap and a cheese burger ???? total time in... line 24 mins ! Got sandwich and bun was so hard so. Service is fast, place is clean, good selection of food, enployees are friendly, food NEEDS TO BE HOTTER! My last takeout of 20... piece chicken nuggets were like rubber and not even warm. Must of been extra from lunch. Keep up the good work. Read more
So disappointed. I ordered via door dash as I?m recovering from surgery. My large fry was only half full and the fries were very... cold. My nuggets were missing from my order. And my caramel frappe with extra caramel drizzle was missing the extra drizzle.Also missing straws and napkins. Read more
Tried breakfast this time. It was 2 breakfast burritos. They were warm. Sat in line for 25 minutes just to be told move forward... and wait. None of the cars ahead went forward. They only take a few minutes. 9 minutes in-between pay window snd pick up. Fornot hot but warm burritos. Not happy. Read more
