I absolutely love this place, and will B-line to it if I'm ever in the area and hungry. I've gone to a lot of burrito-serving... places around Mahwah and Ramsey, and can confidently say that El Azteca is the best one. The burritos are well sized. If youhave a small stomach, you can probably split one with a friend and still be full. They also come with amazing sides. Theytransport well, too, and I've had takeout from this place several times. Their entire menu is solid, but I can't stop having itfrom their burrito section. I highly recommend this place. Read more

Authentic Mexican cuisine at a reasonable price. We had the grilled chicken tacos, which were absolutely delicious. Waiters are... extremely friendly and attentive. The facilities, including the restrooms, were spotless. There is plenty of parking directlyacross from the restaurant. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was not at all crowded. Food and custome service was great!!! They don't sell beers but if you bring your own they will let you have it inside ofcourse... you have to be respectful and drink moderately. I had a side order of rice and beans and the tacos de birria order with thesmall soup to dip them in . Read more

This place is one of my go to favorites, it's very clean and modern compared to a lot of Mexican food restaurants that are... available. Unbelievable restaurant with the cleanest and most corona friendly indoor AND outdoor (year round) dining options. Management... could not be friendlier. Hector knows our usual orders and always has great suggestions or offers to create something off menuwith all our favorite ingredients. Excellent place for Mexican food!! August 26, 2020 grand opening of this great restaurant, everyone there is very polite,... friendly and courteous!!! Even though it?s just for takeout only at the moment, their food is the best in the Mahwah-Suffernarea.... and very delicious. Anything in their menu is rich in flavor, made fresh and not too greasy like in other places. Myfavorites, Steak Burritos and Pork Huaraches...!
