The new ownership is as good as the previous. They make amazing sandwiches and take such pride in their work.

It is an absolute shame that new ownership is solely going to ruin this deli. I've been a lifelong customer here and have had... nothing but amazing experiences in the past dating back to their previous store location. You always felt welcomed andcomfortable walking in the door. It is nothing like it used to be the service is horrible, you're greeted with attitude itsactually shocking. What a turn of events it has been there recently. You sit in front of the counter aimlessly trying to orderfor a minimum of 15 mins followed up by another 15 mins for them to wonder around and be annoyed that you ordered asandwich. Another 15 mins just to pay for the order that they most likely haven't even started yet so guess what wait somemore.They actually get mad at you if you try to call in a pickup order for a sandwich?i have never been so confused in my lifeto think that calling in your order before arriving would cause such a turmoil for them when it should make operations runsmoother. It is actually so sad to see this place going downhill. There is not a shot i will ever be back here. I have heard andknow of countless stories of unruly interactions that have occurred over the past year. I placed an order a week before I needed it and asked for it to be ready by 12 pm and paid cash instead of leaving a deposit.... Day of my party I was running late to pick up the order and showed up at 12:30pm. I was told it would be done in 5 minutes andif I wanted they would deliver it as a courtesy. So I accepted and left as my guests would be arriving around 1 pm. Then 1:15pmrolled around, all my guests arrived, and the food was never delivered. I had to leave the party leaving all my guests at myhouse to go and see what happened. At 1:20pm, the food was still not ready, and instead of apologizing I was simply looked inthe face and told they were overwhelmed. I was never apologized too, the owner couldn't even look me in the eye, and I wasn'tcompensated for the lack of customer service. They didn't even have the decency of carrying the order out to my car as I hadthree trays of food and two 4fters shame on all those men making a woman carry all of that especially when you did wrong by her.Honestly, this place is a disgrace. Had the most wonderful experience - Peter went above and beyond! I had unfortunately had the incorrect business location of... where I was supposed to do a presentation. Peter was responsible for delivering the lunch and when he realized the mix up, heactually took the time to guide me door-to-door to the correct location since I'm not familiar with the area. Sadly, acts ofkindness are rare these days, but it was so amazing that he did this! On another note, the food was great! Thank you Peter andBucci Brothers! Read more
