The delivery was actually really quick, but I wouldn't say it is authentic Japanese food. I ordered Shoyu ramen and the soup was... like someone dunked a bottled of soy sauce when i mixed the ramen and soup together. It didnt even taste like ramen and kindalike stir- fry noodle. If you want japanese authentic food go somewhere else like Fujinoya in Hartsdale. Read more
Went to the Fudo Ramen takeover at Dish Bistro last Monday it was AMAZING! What a great way to introduce this DELIVERY ONLY... restaurant to the area! This is the first time I have ever heard of a delivery only concept...it is so cool that they offer atemporary "pop-up" to announce their new business. I had the super spicy ramen bowl which was phenomenal!!! Sometimes spiceoverpowers a dish and you cant taste the flavors, but the flavor was so rich! The black sesame was a nice touch too. Literally the best ramen I have ever had hands down, and I have had ramen in the city. This wins. I already ordered deliverythis week, I cant wait until next time. This area needed Fudo Ramen! The website is not clear that this is some sublet of Dish Restaurant in Mahopac. I brought my family to get takeout and was... told it?s only open one day a week, the hours on the website include daily offerings and 12pm-7pm is listed as available. At1pm on Sunday, the waiter at Dish said ramen is only available one day a week and we couldn?t get takeout unless he tried veryhard... we chose to have drama free dining and went to Thai instead. I bet the ramen is good but this place needs to getthemselves organized to deliver a reliable product. Ugh. Read more

Great food. So convenient. Fresh. Inexpensive. Great idea to have pop-up cuisine delivery within a sit-down.
