Enjoyed the breakfast crepe. Sat out on the covered deck to eat.. Expensive but worth it.

I was excited to try this place in the morning for breakfast . Walked in about 30 mins after opening and ask if I could eat... breakfast , I was then told that crepes and bakegoods are not breakfast and that I would have to wait 20 mins to order food ( 1hour after opening hours) ... I sat down at a table for a coffee and waiting and 2 other clients were seated already. After 10min the lady who was working ( owner or employee, not sure ) finally brought coffee to the other clients and for herself and satwith them enjoying her coffee . She never once offered a coffee or anything else while I was waiting to be served and herattitude was nonchalant from the start. I have never been served or actually not served in a cafe or restaurant this way before. I simply left and walked up the street to the next place and will never attempt to give my business to this establishmentagain . The lady in charge seems to be the issue with this place and I don't recommend it to anyone . Read more

I really wanted to like this place. However, we were very disappointed because if they’d made some minor tweaks, the food... would have jumped from “blah” to “yum”. In the apple/cheese crepe, don’t serve raw apples. Sauté them with onions, melt the cheese, spread the cranberry evenly, fold nicely, present more attractively than a torn crepe just shoved on a plate. For the berry crepe, heat the berries (get that orange out of there) until they give off juice. A bit of maple, simmer 2minutes, add to hot crepe, whipped cream. Bam, delicious instead of raw fruit, no compote/sauce, in a dry crepe, no cream. Theother meals were of similar quality, leaving us with that “if only they’d done x or y” feeling. Even the lattes were dullwith only 2% as an option. Sadly we will not be returning. Read more

Politely ordered a greek inspired crêpe and it looked and tasted like the current economic state of Greece itself- a mess. 25$... later for this unloved dish and a cup of watered down filter coffee all the while maintaining a friendly customer composure, asked for a refill on the coffee only to be charged another 2.30$. All I can say is WOW. After visiting this place multiple times and enjoying every bite of the amazing crepes, we fell in love.... That is until today. We we’re greeted and placed our order, nothing out of the norm. When one of the staff members (or owner)asked what we would like to drink, I kindly requested a glass of water in which I was then denied because we had walked in withcoffee from another location, and had decided to stop and eat afterwards. When another staff member had already got my glassprepared the owner spoke and told the staff not to give me a glass of water because she was not putting up with us havingalready had coffee. I am sorry to the staff who have to experience this and apologize that you will no longer receive ourbusiness, however the disrespect we experienced in this situation is unacceptable. Utterly disgusted by this interaction. Read more
