I wish I could share details but the front "cafe restaurant " portion of the business has an aggrevating, rude incompetant... person working and for the second time trying to eat there I was greeted by nothing less than a bridge troll, that looked likeshe was going to demand my first born in exchange for seat and a menu. It was our first date night since the pandemic began. Service; impeccable. Our server was attentive, knew the menu and had... excellent suggestions. The food; delicious. Not a scrap left on my plate. Decor; warm, intimate. Highly recommend. Wide varietyof meat. Will definitely be back! Read more

Loved this place. Reasonably priced with a bring your own wine option. The cheese fondue was spectacular and the Chinese fondue... was very nice as well. I recommend one table d'hôte for two people as it includes one appetizer and one dessert. The rabbitconfit appetizer was delicious as was our hazelnut fondue at the end. Read more
Considering we pay a lot of money to cook our own food, I'd say it was a pretty good experience overall with decent appetizers. ... Our waitress was not very attentive and didn't even pour the wine. I was unimpressed with the quality of the beef. However, thisis a quality restaurant that does not deserve fewer than 4 stars despite my complaints. The atmosphere is nice and theexperience is fun. This is a fondu restaurant. My experience has been that you always share when eating fondu. When we said ,of course we are... sharing, we were told that it would be an additional $17, which included a 2nd plate of vegetables. No where on the menu wasthat written. There was listings to buy additional portions of protein but you HAD to buy 2nd plate,if sharing. We wanted thetable d'hote but that meant only one appetizer and one coffee and dessert, if ordering only one fondu dish! . Which was all wewanted. We ordered the salmon and fennel salad as an appetizer ( an additional $3 as it was not part of the appetizer with thetable d'hote} . The salad came but no additional plate for us to share it. It was delicious , but it should have been listed asfennel and salmon, as you almost needed a magnifier to find the tiny bits of salmon! Meantime, our 3 friends with us, got theirmeat fondu before their cheese fondue, which they wanted to have as their appetizer while we had our salad. So, in the end, bythe time they got it, we were finishing our meat fondu ( which we got the wrong meat mix at the first delivery and had to haveit switched). All this, and on top of which, it was so noisy that we couldn't have a conversation and the poor waiter had torepeat things several times, as he tried to explain how the menu worked! Our friends ended up canceling their meat fondu, asthey were discouraged by the whole experience and also didn't want us to wait ,as they hadn't received their meat fondu! Read more
