We really like the menu here and the quality of smoothies. Unfortunately I think there is an issue with staff or management. I... hate to say this but I think the staff is actively trying to turn away customers. We have tried to come here 5 times and thestaff said there were problems each time. Once the door was just locked with no sign during business hours. Today we tried againso before we went I called ?are you up and running and able to take orders? ?yes.? We arrive at the drive through 5mn aftercalling and wait for a while with no response, we say hello and they finally say hello and tell us quickly ?the system is down?.We say ?but we just called and the employee says ?oh there it goes.? Hmm. When we pull up the drive through window is locked(hours after they should be open), like they don?t intend to take drive through orders. It seems that the employees don?t wantto serve customers, but I am not sure they are thinking about the fact that when you don?t make sales the business doesn?t makemoney and will eventually have to close. I have to update because yes the smoothies are amazing. The service at this location is awful! Cafe was closed inside today. I... ended up waiting forever for my online order in the drive thru. Even when I pulled up to the window I waited with no service.The woman handed me sweaty not frozen smoothies. She was shocked that I said they needed to be remade. Beyond frustrating to wait 10+ minutes to order in the drive thru. Pulled up to the speaker and was told it would be 5-10... minutes before they could take my order. Spent 20+ minutes in line between ordering and waiting for my smoothie. I understandthe staff shortage, but only having one employee working during peak afternoon hours isn?t smart. Read more
