I?ve been to this Taco Bell many times before. Every time I?m here the line isn?t very long and it doesn?t take them forever to... get my food to me. I?ve only had one experience where my food wasn?t right, and they fixed it with no issues. Most of you whocomplain about fast food clearly has never worked in it before. Mistakes happen, and they?re generally more honest thanintentional. Get a grip people. Work in fast food once in your life and you?ll know exactly what they go through. Better yet,you want to complain, then go make your own food. Here?s another thing, stop getting on them about prices. They are NOT INCONTROL. Take it up with corporate and leave the employees alone. Is food good. not bad atmosphere's OK. Music was a little land that made it harder to hear the cashier. So my order was... incomplete I wasn't charged for anything., don't get the taco I ordered. ???? Read more

Pulled in 10 minutes before 9. So my toddler and I waited in the car until the posted time on the door, the only posted time on... the door, of 9a.m-??. Finally at 9:08 an employee comes to the door. Says they open at 10 the drive through is open at 9.There's no information on the door saying the lobby opens at 10. I have eaten there a couple times with my two year old before10. I'm not feeding my two year old in the car. Even the hours on Google have 9a.m as their listed hours. Maybe update yourhours for the public and avoid frustrated parents, with toddlers who are getting hungry and have to be put back in the car seat. Read more

I came here earlier today and ordered through the app. I chose fresco style for my items and when I got them they were not... fresco style at all. I'm not sure if they messed up or if their mobile order system just doesn't say fresco style. I haven't hadthis problem at any other Taco Bell though. I had to go back in to get my items made correctly, they were nice about it but itshouldn't happen in the first place. Also, they give you a tiny container of potatoes if you buy a side of potatoes. Thecontainer is about the size of the nacho cheese sauce container they give you with nacho fries. Every other Taco Bell I havebeen to gives you the potatoes in the larger container that the cheesy potatoes comes in. I'm glad they didn't make a fuss overfixing my order but I'll probably never go here again. Read more

I order the deluxe box and in my chalupa as barely any meat. Just scraps of beef. Filled to the brim with lettuce, tomatoes,... sour cream & cheese. Everything else was fresh though. Read more

I go here weekly after volunteer work on Monday evenings. Sometimes they are a bit slow, but never a horrible experience. This... nite they botched the order and added onions when I asked explicitly for no onions. I did wonder about it since the order wasready in about 60 seconds. I will be back though... Read more

I?ve been coming to Taco bell since I was a child when the 5 layer burrito was on 1$ dollar menu and now I?m having to pay an... arm and a leg? (3-4$) wow?. Also this location?s customer service could be a tad bit more attentive and friendly. Wouldrecommend Taco Bell to anyone but it?s the locations that make a difference. Food is always incorrectly made without adding the?add-ons? you pay for. You have to get up and tell them or they won?t acknowledge. The location off woodlands parkway is better! Read more

Spending 15 minutes or more in the drive thru...understandable, I get it. Then being told the card system is down & only... accepting cash...cool, no problem. Ordering my food for the family & having it correct on the screen & receipt. Asking to addnacho cheese sauce & NO SOUR CREAM!!!! JUST TO GET HOME TO FIND THERE'S NOTHING BUT SOUR CREAM?!?!?!?! MISSING the Nacho cheesesauce. Complete waste of time & money. Read more
