Absolutely disappointed..... I order food for 2 and paid at 8:20 and left to pick it up at 8:30 just to find out they close at 7... from the gas station cashier. The website says they close at 9pm. The past times that I?ve ordered them they stay open till ninebut never had the drinks that are on the website. Not only did they take my money they took my time,gas, and appetite! Delivery driver canceled my order after waiting for more than an hour and this location is literally down the street from me.

Customer service was ok, and they did gave me the greeting of the day. The line was kinda long, but it was inside a gas station... so the long line was expected ina way. I wouldn't say the sanitation was the best, but maybe since it was busy they didn't wantthe customers to wait any longer. The food quality is about average to the other Subway stores in the area. I had to wait about 2 minutes while the employees chatted with each other about their lives. Then I was informed they only had... two kinds of bread ready. I ordered my sandwich he did fine putting it together. Add a chips and a drink. He let me pay for it.Went to get the soda and there's no ice in the machine. And no ice in the store whatsoever. I would avoid this place if I wereyou. I could handle those issues if you told me before I bought chips in a drink that there was no ice. But nothing. Waste ofmoney. Read more
