Tried to order online but the website was not working for me. Tried calling and could not get a live person to answer just a... recording to hold. Was on hold over 10 minutes before I hung up. Decided to drive to this pizza location and while driving mydaughter tried to order online from her house but when she placed the order the website would not take her credit card. Therewas nothing wrong with her credit card. When I got to this pizza location they said the website was not working. When I placedmy order it was going to cost me three dollars for the exact same pizza I tried to order online. When I spoke to the manager shewould not agree to their website price because I was ordering in the pizza location not online. I said forget it and walked out.It was not my fault that Papa John?s hired phone service and their website were not working and I am certainly not paying threedollars more for poor service. Read more
