I ordered here from the drive through, which, the ordering took ten minutes because the person running the drive through... couldn't comprehend my order. I go to pay, and the price is clearly wrong and I check again if my order is correct. The womantold me yes and refused to give me a receipt with my change. When I got my food, I checked it out to make sure it was correctand it wasn't. The manager at the second window argued with me and was rude the whole time. Making it all out to be my fault.When I went in to get my refund she was consistently rude to me and kept blaming me for the mess up. 10/10 DON'T recommend thislocation. Read more
The is is a typical McDonald's food wise. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes you can fly thru the drive thru in a jiffy. But... other times being two lanes can sit thru several cars in the other lane like they forget they even have 2 lanes. That'sfrustrating, I get the same thing every morning and if the girl who works mornings is there and hears my order she already knowswhat I want and tells me to pull up. That's the good things. It's a McDonald's so I expect fast and cheap food but their tea is consistently over brewed, their fries are often cold and... sometimes unsalted, while the put the custom tags on the burgers but don't add the extras you requested. Needs a lot of work toimprove. Read more
Awful service. The male teenagers are busy talking to each other, not paying attention, rude and forget most of the order.... Make sure everything is in the bag before driving off. I ordered a chicken mcnugget happy meal, they forgot the nuggets andthe sauce. I told them what was missing, the guy put them in a container, not sealed, and they fell out into the bag. I hadto scoop them up and fix the order. My mcdouble was put together really badly, and they forgot to include my drinks. Waited in the drive thru almost 30 min. Then the lady at the window asked me if I had a mobile order. I told her no. Then it... took her another 5 minutes and then she took my money. I checked the slip and my order wasnt even input when I ordered at themenu. She did it right there at the window. I'm assuming it's new staff being trained, if not, you gotta step it up man. I went to McDonalds at 10:30PM on Tuesday, August 2nd and Gabriel was the absolute sweetest worker ever!!! He was cleaning... profusely between handing us our food and was so kind! We were accidentally given the wrong item and he quickly fixed it andapologized for the mix up. Even as late as it was he was working extremely hard and had the best attitude I?ve ever seen from aMcDonalds employee, the man should be promoted! Read more
Couldn?t even fulfill an order for a Cappuccino! I ordered a Cappuccino with my phone app and parked in the online order spot.... I waited 15 minutes to get my drink then went inside to find out why it?s delayed. At the counter were several people that hadbe waiting 30+ minutes to get their order. I told the cashier that I had been waiting 15 minutes for a drink. She acknowledgedbut did nothing. About 5 minutes went by and I asked for a refund but they couldn?t give me my money because I did notphysically have the credit card associated with my phone app. I said can I at least get my drink. She made the drink and handedit to me. It took maybe 1 minute. No visible management at this McDonald?s. Probably one if the worse McDonald?s I?ve ever beento. Read more
