good food, the szechuan dumplings are massive and tasty, the general tso's chicken was numerous and delicious, and the shrimp... pad thai was really, REALLY good (and spicy as i asked for!). not as salty as other chinese places ive tried (which on ubereatsthey do mention that they don't use MSG so that makes sense.). Was handed a sushi menu to be told no sushi, Was brought wonton but ordered egg dropp, it tasted like dish water, ordered Generl... Tso chicken, was watery, bland with no spice, and fried rice was bland. Wife's order was given to someone else, but she didorder crab wonton and loved them. Server asked why I sat my food aside and I said that I did not like it, nothing was done. Iwas asked if I would like more sweet tea and I said yes but she grabbed it with cleaning gloves on while.reaching over my wife'sfood, and I said never mind. Honestly, I think this restaurant is getting low reviews because most Americans are used to over salted and greasy Chinese food.... This restaurant is not either. It?s pretty authentic Hong Kong style Chinese food. Normally my husband who is from Taiwan doesnot like American Chinese restaurants, but he said this food is really good and we agree! It tastes clean and some dishes don?thave a lot of salty flavor to them.. they are pretty light?so if you want salt, you would have to add that yourself. The place smells weird. Wonton soup tasted good, but wontons obviously weren?t fresh. Rice wasn?t ?fried? rice and had no... flavor. Egg roll was honestly excellent. Very crisp and nice! It is sad for me to say that this is by far the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten I can cook Chinese food better than this no... flavor no seasoning and I spent over $85 on food today and it was the worst. Fire the Cook or retrain him I wasn't sure whoprepare this food but it didn't taste like Asian food at all.
