I ordered ahead right after work for a 8:20 PM pick up time. It was not busy when I pulled up and there was one car ahead of me... in drive-thru. It took another 20 minutes to get my order (it was prepared when I pulled up) and they asked me what mydrink?just to tell me that my drink was unavailable. They also did not have some of the ingredients that I paid extra for.Instead, I will willingly drive to Cava instead, the food is fresher and the staff is friendlier. Not coming here anymore: Stafflooked annoyed because they were prioritizing the 2 people inside rather than the 2-3 people in the drive thru who orderedahead.
