Your new website that you're taking orders through (jetfood) does not work correctly. Requires you to select add-ons or... substitutions even if you don't want any. This has forced us to phone in our orders, but the person who takes the order over thephone has an awful attitude as if we're bothering him by ordering over the phone. We'll be avoiding ordering here until thewebsite is fixed. Read more
They messed up a few times on our orders then told us we would have a credit for next time but when we called to order again we... would have to fight with them cause they never put our credit in the system like they said...very poor staff Read more
I placed a order for $23.91 on my receipt I put a zero with a line going through it then I wrote $23.91on the total then I... signed it but somebody wrote a one in front of the zero so somebody tipped their self 10 for a tip mean while I gave them $2 fora tip when they came to my house. Only thing they could offer me was to come pick my $10 up not for them to put it back on mycard. No sorry or nothing. Hell they wouldn't even let me see the original receipt.Bad for business needless to say I won't beordering from them again. They have the best cheese pizza! Especially there lasagna, everything was hot and fresh! I also tried there pepperoni roll... honest opinion love the crunchy part. Amazing Customer service was great. Read more
