A little disappointed. Came by one night for dinner and I Promised my daughter a float if I did not have to go to the MCDONALD'S... next door. Well 745pm and the ice cream machine isn't working? Soo ok I just ask for Root Beer, well no Root Beer available....So we will settle for orange, no big deal. So daughter makes Dad keep his word, back tonight, well low and behold, No Ice creamagain. And no apology when I mention it. Feeling let down and now I have to go to MCDONALD'S anyway to keep my word. Thanks A&W Read more
I was the only one in the restaurant. They took forever to take my order. They gave me a root beer float instead of a gallon of... root beer. The coleslaw was very cold but had no flavor. Almost as if it was frozen. We will not be going back there again. Read more
I was just in this location on on 21 September 2022. I ordered 3 Nashville tenders and the smallest burger they had. I was... charged $20.04 which I paid exact change. I waited for 45 minutes and received no food. I went in and asked for a refund, towhich the employee said they couldn't because the manager wasn't there and the employees disappeared, I could've made my ownfood. 30 minutes later I left with no food, no refund? I would love to talk to the owner of this disgraceful establishment. Read more
I went to the magna A&W. Service was slow. I had a coupon the girl who waited on me did not know how to process the coupon and... argued with me for 5 minutes . Telling me the papa burger combo was $10.00 I told her I had a coupon for $6.99. She just keptarguing with me. Finally calked another worker over . She got it right. The place was dirty . The ice cream machine had spilledover and wasn?t cleaned up. Mold under it. ???? Gross ????. Another customer came in. Nobody at the counter he waited. Nobodycame up so he left? fries were cold? Service is way slow, we had to wait in a line off to the side. Poor guy in front of me was there before me and after me. My... hamburger buns were cold for some reason which really took away from the burger. The Mac and cheese was barely warm. When theybrought out the root beer there was no syrup in it so we asked for new ones. They said they didn't have any (even though it is"made in house") we didn't want any other soda (I'm not a big soda drinker and went there specifically for the a&w root beer) sowe asked for ice cream instead. The manager put up a stink about it. I'm like, hey, I'm not the one who didn't keep on top ofthe root beer, which is literally the name of the restaurant. Won't be going back to this restaurant. Terrible service! The Menu sign is so dirty you can't even read half of it we where the only person in line and the server kept... trying to rush us to order off this poorly visable menu like they where burning though oil. We told the server about the signand he told us not to worry about it like it wasn't a problem. We also ordered sweet tea and they didn't even do that. Nonapkins and no sugar. Place a family meal order; 6 cheeseburgers, 6 fries, a gallon of root beer. The establishment filled 6 drive-thru orders after... my order, and i didn't even get my full order. I received 6 fries, 5 sandwiches, and 3/4 of a gallon of root beer, measured it.Waited 30 mins. for order. Mcdonald filled 18 orders in same time. Read more
I had a really awful experience. Ordered a double cheeseburger the burger was a mess as it was slathered in ketchup and mustard... and had no pickles. I asked for a large Root beer and was told they did not have large I thought maybe they were out of thelarge cups but they had them out for some reason they just didn't want to give me a large.
