We ordered 1 Zips Burger and 1 Firehouse Burger with fries. Fries were NOT hot and needed at least salt on them and it took 54... minutes to get our food! Other people that came in with us and after us were served and gone before we ever got our Food. And itwas JUST A BURGER at best. Ordered 1 burger and an order of chicken strips. 2 orders of fries. Food was hot and delicious. But service was needlessly slow.... Nothing about our order was "special". It took 45 minutes just to get food, and there were no customers on the inside. Customersthat came in after us and ordered things much more complicated got their order first. Read more
It may not look like much on the outside by my GOD is this place good!!! If you live near by or just passing through, this place... needs to be on your destination list. I had their famous Zips Burger and it definitely lived up to the hype! The staff wasfriendly and prices were more than reasonable. It felt like sitting at your own dinner table. We had great conversations withthe waitress and the food was definitely home cooked. I cannot recommend this place enough! Read more
On our way back home to Texas my family and I stopped to get lunch, and let me say EVERYTHING WAS GOOD!! We order the bather... fries, Fire House Burger, Zip Burger, chicken Filet and chicken strips. I love places like this: locals swarm the place, the service is friendly and the food is great. Zips hit all these marks.... Several burger choices and you probably can?t go wrong - mine was super tasty. I got the fried pickles and fries as my side. Thebattered fries are no joke. Waitress was sweet and refills were quick.
