Odd scenario. Lobby was closed and couldn't get through drive thru because pulling a trailer. Was able to talk to staff from... parking lot who let me order and walk to window. Very helpful and accommodating. Problem was food after we left. Not good. Notgood at all. Fries were luke warm and tasted old. Whopper buns were the same. Cold and harder than they should've been. I'm not sure what was occurring around lunch but counter staff were instructed to not take any orders for about 5 minutes.... Finally the older man in front of me was able to order then she told me it would be a few minutes before she could take mine.Fries were hot and fresh, my sandwich was good but had a large chunk of lettuce as for a salad rather than a leaf or shred for asandwich.
