Not pleased with their cancellation of 7 days. We were diagnosed with Covid 5 days before our night to stay there & they made no... exceptions ( getting Covid was out of our hands) we were told that we would still have to pay for the room. They should be moregracious during a pandemic as nobody knows when or if they would get Covid. Given we are still in a pandemic I would think twiceabout booking a room here just in case you were to get Covid to avoid having to pay for the room. Update: they rented the roomthat I had reserved & refunded my money. So updating my original post to 5 star instead of 1 star. Read more

Drinks were good, the coffee ice cubes are probably the star. However, I cannot give more than 2 stars because of the cold... service we received from the barista. My sister and I are Asian and based on life experience, we simply know when someonedoesn?t want to serve us because they are potentially prejudiced. We unfortunately felt that way after our experience steppinginto the store and ordering drinks here. This was our first experience of its kind in New Mexico. :( Read more
