Normally I?m in and out 5 minutes but today the manager wasn?t in babysitting so I waited 30 minutes for 1 pizza.

It only gets two stars because I understand that someone walked out on them and I felt bad for them. That doesn't excuse the... rude behavior both my friend and I received. Firstly, the woman forgot that I was standing at the counter you pay and was tryingto help the people behind me before she got snotty and if she could help me with something. I informed her I was waiting to pay.She got snotty again with me and finally checked me out. I took my pizza and went out to my car try wait for my friend. It tookher twenty more minutes even though we ordered the exact same thing just minutes apart. After watching the three people whoordered after us ask get their pizzas my friend finally got hers after being treated rudely. It wasn't until I got home that Irealized the sausage I had ordered in my pizza was not there. I was too frustrated with them at that point to go back. I will becalling to talk to a manager though. That employees behavior was rude and unacceptable for a customer service related job. Read more

Went to papa murphys, seen a huge sign on the door saying," masks required, " and a lady with no mask inside paying.. Asked the... clerk if they're not required even tho the sign says so, to which the clerk replied, " idk, I never noticed her with no mask,and it's a franchise thing!" Then I replied" it says papa murphys rules," and i got sarcastically talked to. then I ordered mypizza with light sauce and extra cheese. When they gave it to me there was extra sauce, light cheese, and they rudely refused tofix it, or give me a new one, or just give me extra chees. Read more
