The worst customer service I have encountered in a long time! They messed up and deleted my order that I had placed on the app,... they then rang it up in the store and my order was $30 more than I had payed on the app. We were told that we could pay againand for $30 more or we could leave the restaurant!! I was blown away I?ve never experienced such horrible customer service. Ihad also used a couple of my free pizzas on the app and when I called to have them put back on my account I was told ?to bad?and hung up on. I ordered a pizza and some bread twists with cheese dip. The cheese dip wasn't a dip it was a thin layer of cheese over cooked... to the bottom of the pan. I called and the girl who answered told me she would remake the cheese dip but not anything elsebecause there was nothing wrong with anything else. she said I could come get it. I asked her to remake my order because Ididn't want to just drive there for cheese dip and have a cold pizza when I get back. she said no, I asked for the manager. Shesaid he will tell you the same. So I said ok I will come there and talk to him. Explained the situation to him he said it was myfault my pizza is cold because I came there for the cheese sauce. I asked to speak to his boss and he told me that he wouldn'tcall him and wouldn't give me a number where I could reach him. He said I won't remake your order I will cancel it and for me toleave. As I was leaving I stopped to take a picture of the cheese dip and the 3 employees present including the manager on dutystarted talking bad about my complaint saying that the general manager wouldn't have been as nice as them and the one girl askedme if I had a microwave and if I did what's the problem with just heating up the cold pizza when I get home. So I said I wouldlike to speak to the general manager and they said no leave. The manager on duty said my boss is an hour a way and to go away.He then called the police to have me removed. I spoke to the police not sure if they actually called the general manager butthey asked me to leave. I can't say I have ever asked to speak to the manager and the response is to call the police. needlessto say I won't be giving dominos madras any more of my money. Read more
Had the wings which were good. Had no water to drink though. Pop but can't have sugar. Couldn't even get ice for tap water,... which made it a not so nice experience. Staff not very friendly. Don't like giving a not so good review but I probably won't begoing back. Read more
my replacement order was done right .it was Screaming hot .! Overload on the toppings it was great .I'm so full . And no... jalapeno in my chzy bacon bread , last time I was very surprised with hot jalapenos (should of checked before I bit ). Minus onestar for oily cheesey bread Read more

Lucky for them there?s money with dominos! If you feel like getting treated horribly by customers, then this job is right for... you. The supervisors likely won?t listen to your complaints as you?re always considered expendable. Overall phenomenal attentionto food quality and relative store appearance. We all come with dings. Decent owner, could be better director. If you?re solelyin it for the money, great business with potential to progress. If a healthy work environment is what you?re looking for, gosomewhere else. That?s not the focus here. The core values of this franchise is money, nothing less nothing more. Read more
