After 50 minutes i got my order i placed on the BK app. Best wishes to them i hope they improve their store.
The management in this establishment is extremely poor. You can hear him yelling at his employees . You could tell his employees... were definitely under stress due to his actions. Not only did I sit in the drive through for 20 minutes, you had to listen tohim through the speaker yelling at someone. Going through these recent reviews you would think upper management would step in,and fix this issue. Always understaffed is their excuse. We?ll look at the issue in your local management! I had preorder breakfast food in the app at 10:10 and I arrived at 10:35 and they told me they couldn?t make my items since it... was after 10:30. I was literally ordering while I was getting ready for work so I could pick it up on my way to work since Ihave an hour drive. Worse customer service I have had especially since their breakfast menu is good until 10:30 like it says inthe app. They should have made it when I placed it so I would have my items instead of refusing due to it being after. I alsohad to contact support since it was online and they just had an automated system to tell me that they will contact me laterabout the situation so I don?t know if it will be resolved immediately or not? I do not recommend unless you like to add more toyour plate. Read more
Stopped here at the end of a long day hauling lumber back and forth. They took good care of me and my poor dog who hadn?t eaten... for too long. Thanks to everyone at this Burger King. Read more
Slow service and very rude people behind the counter and literally heard them tell this sweet old couple they can't eat in here... because they are busy in the drive thru, and watched them walk to the door and locked it. And I said something to them to unlockit and that while you have customers in your building it must remain unlocked and the guy from the kitchen came out and unlockedit and hope he washed his hands afterwords. And they put up this sign after they locked the doors on us, If they didn't wantpeople inside they should have locked it this morning and then put the sign up not after they got busy. Read more
As fast food breakfast options go, thumbs up for a decaf option, but thumbs down for the very limited coffee options. I've tried... the iced coffee vanilla at several locations and always end up throwing it out. The Burger King app is very good and haven't hadmuch trouble with it. The app perks aren't bad either. For this particular location, the service was ok. The order was correctbut the staff weren't all that friendly. Read more
The ketchup packets here are Heinz Simply; a higher quality version of Heinz that uses real sugar instead of the usual high... fructose corn syrup. Amazing! The food was made fast and the fries were fresh as can be. Service was warm and friendly. Havingnow tried both side-by-side I can confidently declare the Impossible Whopper looks better, smells better, and most importantly,tastes better than the beef version. Complete lack of customer service. The girl ar the counter saw us and did not greet us and turned her back and ignored us. I... ordered no ketchup of course got ketchup. The heat was not on and the place was freezing cold. There was no fry sauce afterasking got a rude response. I called Burger King about a previous incident involving us being locked inside during businesshours because of shortage of staff. We let corporate know and of course they left us hanging. The food was good. The prices sucklike every where else. They have no kwttuce by the way. Read more
