Friendly staff and lots of space. The wait staff gets their exercise! Cold beer and tasty homemade rolls were a good start. ... Had to try the chicken fried steak and chicken ~ breading was just-right crunchy and not too much but light on seasoning andgravy. Hubby liked his fried okra. Wish they had chicken and waffles on their large menu because our table neighbor?s chickenstrips looked so good. We?ll definitely be back! Read more

We were passing though town on our way home. My husband read the reviews and we knew we needed to stop. The food and service was... amazing. Next time we?re staying at this amazing B&B up the road and going Saturday night for live music. Can?t wait to return. Read more

Very nice restaurant in a very small town. 1 side is a restaurant and the other is a bar with pool tables. We had a large... group - about 20 - lots of food and beverages and all handled by 1 waiter. Menu has many options - steak, seafood, salads, etc. Timely service, beverages topped off regularly and food was fantastic. If you are ever passing through Madisonville, take adetour and visit this place!!! Read more
The service in this place was superb!!! The waitress was very attentive. It?s family friendly. Tables were situated widely apart... from each other so you don?t have to worry so much with the current pandemic dining out here. The rolls were warm, soft andfluffy with whipped butter. The steak was perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. They also serve house-made strawberryvinegar dressing to go with salad or the crab cakes. Read more
Texas Legends Steakhouse on the square in Madisonville, TX. This ribeye was one of the best steaks I?ve had in a long time.... Cooked to perfection. The baked potato was so good that I even ate the potato skin. Great atmosphere and the staff aims toplease. Give them a shot. You won?t be disappointed. Read more
