Zero rating. Will not be returning. The bathrooms we're very discussing. Trash everywhere and soap on counters and floor and... smells horrible. Then the lobby was covered in trash, floor is sticky. The lady on the headset was incredibly rude, and the service was slow at best. They can't even get a simple order right. As... someone who works fast food I am utterly disappointed in this.. It should take a maximum of 5 minutes If you are making toorder, if not making to order 30 seconds. I am still sitting here waiting for the right food after 15 minutes in the drive thru.I would not recommend coming here unless absoluteley necessary. This place is a disgrace. Read more
Do not come here... Go to sonic or Mcdonalds or Buceees. We Waited almost 15 minutes for our order (2 regular tacos, a monster... taco, and garlic-herb fries) which should have taken more than 5 min as there was only one other customer in the shop who hadalready received their food. The workers realized we were still standing there waiting by the counter (as we were getting ourfood to-go) and then came up to us with our bag. Sighing with relief i went up to get it and she double checked that we indeedgot chicken nuggets and curly fries. .... Ummmm nooo..... we told her our actual order again and found out that they must havegiven our order to somebody outside in the cars. So we proceed to wait longer, thinking well, they know they have forgottenus. Which means that we must be top priority now cause we have been waiting so long... Another 10 or 12 minutes went by.. Idon't really know for sure time as seemed to stand still in the ridiculousness of that restaurant. Finally the same employeeacknowledged us again "sourdough jack and a taco right?"..... what no! I was strongly considering leaving but then a fewminutes later she finally gave us our order. Finally!!! hooray! went back to the car to take a few bites and opened the bag to 3regular tacos, garlic herb fries, and a curly fries....... (not. Our. Order.) Well i guess it could have been worse. And atleastwe got free curly fries.... Woke up the next morning with food poisoning. I'm not even making this story up.. It was reallythat much of a joke and an absolute clown show in this Jack in the Box (which is understandable now that I read the othercomments in this section) Won't be coming here ever again. If I could give ZERO stars for this Jack-in-the-Box I would. Just sat in line for 18 minutes at 10 o'clock at night and THEN... watched them give our food to the people in the car in front of us who gave it back through the window one thing at a time THENWE FINALLY got to the window and they tried to give the same food to us ...AFTER having to wait almost 20 minutes!!! NOT TODAY!That is disgusting! When I said I don't want that food that they just have to the car in front of me, both of the clerks justsmiled and waved & said "OK bye". This isn't the first bad experience I have had at that Jack-in-the-Box, but I guarantee youit is the last because I will never go there again and recommend anyone else to keep driving! Read more
