I've never been so disappointed in any Wendy's before now. The food is supposed to be made fresh to order, that's why Wendy's is... my favorite fast food chain. My mom and I couldn't even eat the food that we got and believe me we tried but just gave up andthrew it back in the bag. My double stack burger was cold and the patties were burnt and the buns were so stale. The fries werecold. My mom's Dave's single was a little warm but you could tell it wasn't fresh. I'm giving the service a 2 only because thedrive thru workers were nice and friendly but if I could give the food a negative star I would. I definitely would not recommendthis place. Stopped for a frosty at 9pm. After waiting 5 minutes to order we asked if frosty machinewas working was told we are short... staffed and training 2 people but will be right with you... 20 minutes later we drove away because they were only taking one carorder at a time until they completely finished their order then took the next order. Sat in drive thru for 15 min. Two cars in front of me (one at the speaker waiting) .they both drove off. I pulled up sat another... 5 min. Decided to leave as well. Drove around saw the two kids in drive thru standing there watching and laughing. I won't beback. Went to another burger joint. Read more
How is this place still open. Lobster still closed. Slow drive thru. Out of pretzel buns. Ring up your food then tell you they... out of the company wide promotion and make you wait another 10 mins so the employee with bright red hair though veryprofessional tells you that they have to call the general manager to allow a refund. Have not once been satisfied with fast food until today. Whoever was cooking, you the real MVP!! Actually caring about what the... food looks like when you serve it! Was there at 6pm on the 19th. So whoever was working then, including the cheerful employees,keep up the great work!! Read more
We stopped at Wendy's in Madisonville for the first time this afternoon. 3 stars is for cheerful employees only. The food was... the worst I've ever had from any Wendy's ever. The burgers were stone cold instead of "hot n juicy" they were "cold and dry" the cheese didn't even melt...at all! See photo! If you think the food "looks" great it didn't "taste" great. No one wants coldfood. I felt like I just threw hard earned money out the window. The commercial running on t.v. every day in 2021 and 2022 sayshot crispy fries guaranteed! How about soggy, limp and lukewarm fries for everyone! The buck stops with management. Get rid ofyour old food when the timer goes off.
