If I could give a zero stars I would. Poor customer service. The whole ?that?s how I make it? doesnt fly when your supposed to... make the sandwich how the customer wants it. Went into this store next to ingles , ordered 6 sandwiches. All 6 were cold . Even after being double toasted . The first 3 ... meatball marinara sandwiches were cold, 2 of them had very little marana one didnt gave any. Absolutely none . Paid forextra cheese didnt get it on any of them had they been made correctly I couldvejust warmed them up in microwave like I didthe last time and they'd been fine .I ordered a 6 in bbq chicken I got it toasted also got home 6 minutes away and thechicken had ice crystals. I warmed it up and ate the 5th sandwich was a steak and cheese I asked for whatever it camewith they didnt know. The loaded it up with a ton of mayo. The 6th sandwich was a roasted chicken also ice cold .Tryedcalling the store for an hour got no answer so I posted a complaint with facebook on there page . They of course removedit cause they KNOW they're in the wrong . Got a call from the manager trying to say I yelled and belittled their employees because I'm disabled and couldn't stand at the counter and told them so when they walked out. He then claimed that he hasvideo of me doing so . I INVITE them to post this video ANYWHERE . Cause it didnt happen. I had a back and forth withanother manager or owner who tryed desperately to spin this into it being my fault . She failed I posted a picture of themeatball without marana and she then blocked me from the fb page. Back to the manger the male steve . He called back andbegan to yell and scream and tell me subway doesn't have to serve hot food. If I wanted cold subs I'd have went to jimmyJohn's. The owners must think they have a captive customer base since they own both subways in madisonville. I filed acomplaint with the subway corporation and the health department for selling food not kept at safe temperatures. Read more
Me and my husband went into eat at about 2:30 this afternoon and we was served by a lady named Wanda. She was the best. Service... was great atmosphere was great. The tea was fresh and so was the bread. All and out the best experience I've had at this storein years. Thank you Wanda ????????. Read more
I?ve ate here before no problems before, but after this experience I won?t be back. the staff is rude, they seem to have a... attitude whenever you want something made a certain way. If I ask for double meat I want double meat. not the exact sameportion. Read more
