They almost NEVER answer the phone for call in orders. Ordered online last time. When I got to the store they acted like they... had never heard of my order. They put it in the oven when they should have had it ready. THEN they tried to charge me for it asecond time. Read more
Update!! This is July 5th and still have NOT received my refund!!! Waited 30 minutes, when in to get order. Only part of my... order was done. They had to put the other part in the oven. Did not want to wait that much longer. I ask for refund. That was6/5/2022. Still have not gotten the refund they said would go back to the bank.. This Little Ceasars in Madisonville is the worst excuse of a Little Ceasars I've ever been to. I placed my order for hot and... ready and italian bread over the phone. After arriving, over an hour I asked for either the food I ordered or a refund. I hadpaid cash..their printer didn't work, so no receipt. Around 10 minutes afterwards, one of the workers came with the food, shesaid, no, I've already issued a refund. I said, I haven't received a penny. Finally, after a total of an hour and 15 minutes, Ifinally got my money back. No apologies. Read more
I stopped at little Caesars to get my son his favorite pepperoni cheesy bread and he hates garlic so no garlic she read my order... back to me twice took my card then ask if I could please pull up front and they would bring it out. It was only 10 minutes theboy smiled read my order back again then told me to have a great evening. Excellent customer service. Read more
Quick lil place for fast hot pizza, the pizzas are great for the price and the kids really loves them too!
