I've been to this location several times and the experience is usually very pleasant. The staff is always wonderful. They keep... it clean in the dining area and restrooms. If ordering food to-go, always double check it because I've had some issues with thatfrom time to time. My Mom and I ordered the Prime Rib Dipper to share. Had to wait 40 minutes to eat. Meat was burnt, hardly no onions and hardly... no meat. No cheese on sandwich. I told Waitress and she got someone. She came to table and brought cheese and said, Here you goand walked away. She did not apologize. I had to ask waitress who she was. She was the Manager. This horrible sandwich was !4.99plus tax! Fries were not fresh! I had to go to bathroom before leaving and Manager come to my Mom and asked how was everythingand she said horrible. Manager asked her what was wrong and she explained about meat being too done and sandwich was not good.Manager said that was the way they were taught to cook it. We waited an hour to get in while being told tables were being put together for my party of eight. Then we we got in, they had a... sitting in different places. This was my son's birthday. The service was ok. The coffee could be compared to sludge. The portion size is very small for the price. We went at 5 pm and... ordered pretzel breadsticks with beer cheese, Tuscan garden shrimp salad and coffee. The Salad was the size of a side salad andthe greens were not cleaned well. They tasted like dirt. The appetizer ( pretzel breadsticks) was 4, maybe 5 or 6 inchbreadsticks. There was not enough beer cheese. Overall cost $ 41.26.
