Honestly really hit or miss. My food is always top tier, but the service is really inconsistent. If you order online (curbside)... and give them an extra 15 minutes on top of that when they?re supposed to bring it out, they still wait until you walk in thedoor to actually make the food. They?ve done this every time I?ve picked up curbside and they?re usually out of a few thingslike drink lids. Otherwise, love the food and the staff is very kind. Read more
This is the cleanest, nicest subway I?ve ever been in. It even has a drive through. Tons of seating. Staff was great.

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and I was patient because I saw other customers inside. All the customers were gone and... no one spoke or acknowledged I was there. So me and and my toddler went inside and the lady is making a sandwich for someone notin the building. I asked her if the drive thru was open and she was like yeah but there?s only 2 of us with an attitude Anywayshe asks me what I want and I say , well my daughter wants a pizza and she went off to do that . Didn?t say or ask anything elseand she was standing by the register saying my pizza is down here . And I told her I had more to my order and she had more of anattitude. I stopped there today to pick up lunch for my mom. there was a young girl at the counter refilling all the food bins. She... NEVER acknowledged that I was there, so I spoke to her 1st. No Response!!!!! there was another lady there putting bread inthe oven. She looked right at me and NEVER spoke. I just stood there to see actually how long it was going to take for me toget waited on. Mind you... I was the ONLY customer in the store. I turned around & actually picked up 2 bags of chips andcontinued to stand there. At this point, 5min had gone by. I politely turned around, put the chips back & walked out. noone ever bothered to stop me or come outside to ask if there was a problem. Another lady had pulled up when I was in myvehicle. I stopped her & warned her NOT to go in due to their LACK OF customer service. luckily, she left too. This was my1st time going in there, will definitely be my last. Read more
Kids can?t run a store and neither can Melissa. How can you guys have a manager on Duty that doesn?t even know who the Gm is?... The store couldn?t locate my order but than suddenly found it. No apologies!! And when they began preparing my food it lookeddisgusting. Spinach wilted, bread not cooked in oven enough. Bread was white smh. Beyond disappointed and will never eat thereagain. Save yourself and head over to the Memorial Avenue location and let them take care of you!! I drove another 30 minutes sothat location could fix my order. Was worth the drive!! Read more
They were packed but managed to get our meal done fast and the manager was awesome.
