Food was pretty quick but not as hot as I had hoped for. The biggie bundle is a perfect sized meal.
The Bacon Bourbon Burger was great - as was the new Melon-Lemonade. However, when I asked for the drink with no ice and a small... cup of ice, I received a cup that was not filled all the way. For decades fast food has been cheating customers by overfillingcups with ice to save on soda. So when I tried to get my money's worth I was told they only fill it "this far" (about an inch &a half from the top) and the rest should be ice. So again I end up not getting all I should get drinkwise... Read more
Standing and waiting at the counter for at least 6 to 10 Minutes. Out of 3 Wendy's employees behind the counter, not one... approached me to take my order. I was standing in clear view at the order counter. Inside was not busy at all. One customer, manand woman with 2 - 3 kids waiting for their order. I walked out never to return to this Wendy's. Another customer who walked injust before I did made a comment and also walked out. As I was entering my car in the Wendy's parking lot in front of the doorto enter Wendy's I observed Wendy's employee (s) smoking. No one asked or said a word to me or the other customer (man) as wewere leaving empty handed. This is not the first time this has happened. As for me. No more wendy's. I could not remove the onestar. Please do yourself a favor and do not go here if you would like A good meal. I do not understand how you can get fries that are... undercooked and there is so much mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard on my sandwich you cannot even eat it. I had to wipe it alloff, plus the lettuce was welted with a real thick ribs going through the middle, How are you supposed to eat this I will nevergo back to this location again. Read more
I go here often and generally have a pretty good experience. Employees can sometimes be a little rude but the food is usually... fresh and hot. Update: Three stars because I went today and the fries were lukewarm and soggy and the employee forgot to giveme a spoon for my frosty. Hoping it?s just a bad day for this location; will give it another chance. Read more
This Wendy's location gets the order correct and the quality is great almost every time. Compare that to other Wendy's, or any... Taco Bell/McDonalds/etc who get orders correct 10% of the time. The people here deserve a medal. Read more
