Went there around 1:30am there was a long line. When I pulled up to give my order, there was no one on the mic so I said Hello.... The guy responded by saying pull up to the window. After 10 minutes I get to the window and he gives me a price. I said youdidn't take my order and told me to pull up to the window. He immediately denied everything and told me to get back inline. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I went to this location earlier and the female associate yelled through the drive through... speaker ? We DO NOT have Nacho Fries at this location, WE DO NOT have them so if you?re getting something else, go ahead? Nogreeting, no professionalism. I ordered and I was not given a total, she told me my total would be given at the window. That istypically not how transactions are handled. I roll up to the window and another associate looked at me like I scared him andtold me what the total was. That?s it, no hello, no other words were spoken. Based on that interaction, I didn?t even eatanything. If a simple greeting is too much work, I somehow doubt the food standards are up to par. Read more

Good luck with this location. Racist individuals work here. I ordered through the mobile app and showed up for my food and the... place was closed but there were some very rude employees inside that were not helpful. I never received my food but was chargedfor it and was told it would be put back on my card. The money was never put back on my card so I came back for help the nextday and was met with more extremely rude employees and no help. I never received any food or my money back and was charged forfood almost $30 worth of it and never received help. I highly recommend you bring your business elsewhere because I was met withrude racist comments and still haven't gotten a refund or answers to where I can get one. When employees come out of therestaurant and try to physically fight you over something that could have easily been solved is very unprofessional. worst taco bell ever!!!!!! members are rude and after 9pm will only serve tacos because they are closing! (they close at 11)... better of going down the street to the one on john r. one thousand times better! taco bell should be ashamed to have this branchrepresent there brand! Read more

I got my food and my chips are all over the bag and on top of taht u over charged me for a large ice that I asked to get since I... paid for it for u to tell me no refund and no large icee I know who ur gm is and I hope he really starts taking better care ofcustomers. Got up to the window and the lady screamed cheesy bean and rice burrito?! Not a hi, what did you order, just kept repeating... herself. We were so confused because that?s not what we ordered and she just kept repeating herself with an huge attitude. Asked for no tomato on the chalupas and all 3 had it on there. When I pulled up everything was correct on the screen. Must have... changed it after to put no lettuce. Regardless. Taco Bell people need to learn how to read. It?s not hard. I?ve worked in thefast food industry and the customer service here is something else. Whoever took the order was very unprofessional and rude.Whoever opened the window was very kind and understanding. We came in about a half an hour before closing and I understandnobody likes that but that?s no reason to be disrespectful to customers. Definitely would rather drive another 5 miles to adifferent location. Read more
