Bread is always burnt, cookies look not edible. Also after 7:30 the door is always Locked . as someone who lives on the same... block as this subway I would rather eat that then McDonald?s when everything is closed. I went multiple times and it was alwaysclosed. Today I asked again why they are doing that and the girl said they should be open until 11 everyday!! The food itself was fine. But I had to gently say "hello" several times before anyone came out to help me, and even then it was... like a manager who looked at me and immediately turned around to bark an employee (Payton) out to serve. Awkward. Read more
Edit: twice now, since my first review, tried to go to order some subs a little after 9 pm, both times closed, although they... advertised as open till 10 pm. Original post: First, I must say our subs were exquisite. Five stars there, but I have to takeone star away due to the service. Don?t get me wrong, the team was very friendly and knowledgeable. But. I presented a coupon,buy one footlong and get one footlong free. I was told by the subway gentleman, he couldn?t accept my coupon. The best he couldoffer me is ?buy two for like 13 bucks?. I was like, okay, fair enough. They don?t take coupons, no problem. I spent 12 dollars on a sub that the sanwich maker practically made her self, I asked for extra turkey she gave me the regular... serving, I asked for provolone and to try the new mozzarella cheese and gave me only mozzeralla, I asked for pickles she gave mespinach.
