Got a coffee with oat milk for my sister who is visiting from out of town where there are no Dunkin' donuts. She was so excited.... She took one sip of the coffee and said this definitely doesn't have oat milk in it. We asked the cashier/manager if this wasregular milk or oatmeal. He assured us that he personally poured it and it was absolutely oat milk. My sister now has hives andwe are spending the day by the restroom. She is both allergic and lactose intolerant. Read more
If I could give no stars I would, the workers here are so rude. They are not polite no thank you to your welcome. I was going here at least 3 times a week but I'm done I've gotten hard, stail, even still frozen muffins. I've received Boston... Cream donuts with no cream. And today they just decide to put whatever donut in my bag not even the one I ordered. Not tomention they are very rude. I don't think they even deserve 1 star Read more
This was actually my first time into a Dunkin, but someone recommended a drink, so I stopped in, but didn't remember the name of... it. So I described it to the person and she knew what I was thinking about. It was delicious. And the staff was extremelyattentive and helpful. Read more
Online says they close at 11:00PM. Its 10:21PM. July 22, 2022. And they are closed. I could see someone inside he didnt bother... to even come to door and ask me if i need something quick. He just move his hand to show me its closed and go away. Never againto this garbage location. Read more

The workers need more alertness. I came in to order donuts and found flies moving around the donuts. I was too grossed out to... even order. I did order but they misheard every one of them, after correcting the 3rd one out of a half dozen donuts, I gaveup. I didn't even care as long as they didn't pick one close to the flies. My favorite donuts were not even there. When Iasked if they will make them today, they told me no. Their Latte tasted more like ameracano I think they need to re-train thedifference between each drinks. There is a reason why each drink has different names eventhough they use the exact sameingredients. The price is a bit in the higher side. The only reason I gave it another star is because the easy access on theroute. Update: After receiving my order, it was all wrong. My hot latte was lukewarm. I asked for any other type of milk aslong as it's not dairy, but guess what, they made it with whole milk. I was looking at it being made but wasn't sure if itwas mine or a drive through order, it was mine. I also asked for iced coffee but got hot black coffee, not sure if theymisheard it. The only bright side was the egg and cheese croissant but that too was received without cheese. But hey, atleast it tasted good. Read more
