This was literally the worst cold stone I have ever been to. I gave him a very simple order of strawberries and gummy bears and... he proceeded to put sprinkles and almost put chocolate syrup (which I?m very allergic to) on my food. When I proceeded to askhim what he was doing picking up the sprinkles he did not listen and just put the sprinkles on my ice cream. I had to yell outno that?s not what I asked for for him to stop. I told him again all that I want it was strawberries and gummy bears, he said OKand then put what I asked for on my ice cream just to refill the chocolate syrup and start to squeeze as if he was about tostart pouring it on my ice cream and I had to again scream no that?s not it. If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a large rectangular ice cream cake for mom?s Birthday on 07/17, and I was asked to... pay for It over the phone. Went to the store (Madison Heights) and was told they missed the order and the cake was not made. Theemployee/manager has 0 authority to handle the situation, so he called the owner. After 20 minutes of her arguing their mistake,she said, you can either take your money and go elsewhere (7pm on a Sunday), or take 3 smaller cakes and no refund. So insteadof a large, preordered/costumed cake for, pictures and beautiful dessert table, I had 3 smaller, pre made and frozen, nasty, twothick layers of cake, very little ice cream, fully covered with cream. 50 guests and none of them thought It was good? keep the$60 & lose your reputation.
