Great food, great place, but unusually high gratuity for a place where you order at counter, get your own water and own sugars... and glasses and utensils. I work in the food industry and no how hard the job is. However they are only bringing the food totable with no other contact during meal. Even pay at counter. Read more

First time dining experience at The Heights and LOVED it. Such a cute quaint spot for brunch and dine with lovely decor and... vibe. They have a great menu selection and there is something for everyone. Lots of vegan options. The food is delicious andbeautifully presented. We had the cucumber sesame bagel, Supra egg sandwich, avocado toast, ShakShuka, and killer kale salad. Each of the dishes were fantastic and so fresh. I cannot rave enough about the cucumber sesame bagel, avocado toast and the kalesalad. These are a must must try. The salad was incredible. The sesame bagel had the right seasoning and was so light andflavorful. Avocado toast was also so tasty. I cannot wait to go back and try other things on their menu. The service is a10/10. We ordered at the front and then seated ourselves. The food arrived promptly and the server was really sweet andhelpful. Overall a great experience! Don?t snooze on the heights, check it out today for a delightful, warm, and friendly experience. Highly Recommend! Read more

I tried this place for the first time for brunch; I loved it so much, I returned for dinner later that day! Both meals were... fantastic. For brunch, the blueberry-habanero sauce on the Barato Egg Sandwich was the perfect "sweet heat". For dinner, it'shard to go wrong with one of the Mac & Cheese dishes. Prices are very reasonable, and there's a good selection of beer and wine. The atmosphere is very cozy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Read more

Lovely brunch. The squash sandwich is incredibly flavourful. Order the breakfast potatoes over the chips. The vibe is also chic... & calm. Snag a bottle of wine on your way out ?? Read more

This is such a chic place! Met a friend for lunch and had their chai and shakshuka... delicious!! As a vegetarian it was also... wonderful to see the variety of veggie friendly options. And the atmosphere is warm, welcoming and all encompassing, to thepoint where it seems well suited for a meal with kids, work lunch, and a cozy date night all at once. Will definitely be backfor more! Read more

Quaint newish choice to brunch and dine.. like brunch better personally. It?s lovely low key place for times you just want to be... off-downtown dining. Great selection of foods and some locally sourced items too. They have a mini grocery area to buy wines andother stuff too. No parking-so street parking is your best bet. Been lucky with that but maybe because of times I choose togo. Perfect for people with kiddos - always there is a table or more with kids. If that?s not your thing be warned and you arewelcome! Friendly staff and can?t wait for backyard to open to sit in fresh air. It?s one of the best perks of this place.Enjoy! Read more

We had a great first experience at The Heights! We went for a weekday brunch on Black Friday. The food was delicious and very... well presented. The staff were welcoming and the service was great too. We started with the soft boiled egg. It was perfectlycooked, and the homemade bread that came with was amazing. We also tried the whitefish, which was very tasty. It was nice andflakey, with the perfect amount of crisp on the skin. The croque madame was delicious and every bit as rich as you'd expect withan expertly prepared sunny-side up egg. Read more

Atmosphere was cozy and bright, great place to spend a cold winter night. The service was very good considering you place your... order and pay at the front (like fast casual). All items were beautifully plated and tasted great! The silverware and plateswere very cute and antique. At the front there is a counter with cheese, local snacks and sauces. Picked up some Rush CreekReserve on the way out! Read more
