Stopped by this place while visiting Madison because it was walking distance from the Farmer?s Market. I got an Oolong iced tea... latte with tapioca pearls and my husband got the seasonal special- a latte with a crumbled cookie on top. Rude customer service. I politely asked the cashier two basic questions and she had a fit and screamed at me. Go to Le C?s they... are always nice there and the tea is a million times better. The tea here is too bland for that type of treatment. I ended uphaving to throw it out because it tasted so bad. Read more
Best coffee I?ve ever had personally. We came in soaking wet from rain, and needed something to drink. All of our party of four... thinks that it is the best tea we?ve ever had! 10/10 would recommend to anyone with a few spare minutes! Read more
Yea are really nice! Love the wide range of selections. My favorite is the Thai tea. The sweetness is perfect for me and tastes... just like those Thai teas from Thai restaurants. Price is decent too. Just the new location is a little far from where I livebut still worth the walk! Read more

Great concept and has things for us traditional tea drinkers
I have been here a couple times now and every time it has been awesome!! There was a girl working today when I stopped in and... her name was Jessica and she was so helpful and nice!!! I had some questions about taking a tea home for later because I liveabout 30 minutes away and wanted to enjoy some tea tomorrow and what my best options would be for that and she was so polite andnice and didn?t make me feel silly for asking questions!! She is absolutely amazing and the two teas that I got are also verygood as well!!! Will definitely be coming back!!! I got a blue raspberry green tea with popping bobba and pearls and I got amango passion fruit green tea with mango jellies and popping bobba for later!! Read more
