Amanda closed the store six minutes early. When I tried to order she refused to take my order and called the cops. She said they... close at 9:55 when 10PM was clearly posted. She had started her closing duties before closing and was upset I was going toorder. Please talk to your ?managers? about how they close ?their store? early. Read more

I rarely ever write negative reviews but this one, I have to bring up so that people don't experience this: So, me and my girl... were going to eat out and she suggested we go to QDOBA because we tried QDOBA in LA and we had a great experience. Thinking thatwe would get the same good experience we had back in LA here in Madison, we decided to go to QDOBA in State St., I wish wehadn't gone there. One of the employees (a big person with pink/violet hair) had absolutely zero hospitality and was veryrude. In QDOBA LA, we got to choose just about everything that goes on our bowl. In Madison, after we indicated what kind oforder (e.g., Fajita chicken) the employee with the pink hair straight up didn't give us the option to choose what toppings tohave and just gave us just some random combination of toppings (i.e. he choose everything himself minus the type of meat). Hejust rung up the orders and didn't even ask if we wanted chips (which come for free with our order) nor did he ask if we wantedany condiments. He just passed everything to the register and rung up the order. Another example of how that one employee wasrude was when my girl was reaching over the glass to point at a specific topping she wanted, and for some reason the employeewith the pink hair got very nasty and raised his voice on my girl saying not to reach over the glass. Which is funny, her hand,which was 3 feet away from the food is relatively safe while the employee himself was: 1- Not wearing a mask (where spit canland on the food upon speaking with customers) 2- was not wearing a hair-net (where hair can land on the food). Now you tell mewho's posing a greater food safety hazard :) I have to say though, the food was really good, but good luck getting over theattitude of that one employee. Very poor service from the serving staff...was rude and very impatient. Food was probably good but once you get off on a bad... start in picking your food then it's really quite an effort to actually enjoy it. She spoiled the experience for us. Read more
