We all love Panera, but if I have a choice between this location or one closer to work, I?ll go here every time. Why? Because... the management is kind, growth minded, and gracious. During a midweek busy lunch rush, 2/3 of the dishes ordered wereincomplete/missing toppings. Normally I wouldn?t mind, but the Chipotle Cream sauce on their flatbreads is unmatched. So I droveback over and asked them to please remake the two items. The manager immediately was solution minded and used it as a teachingmoment with the crew, then refunded my entire meal and personally made sure it was made correctly. At this Panera you have to use the kiosk to order your food. Although I'm almost 70, I did do that, it took me a while but I did... it. I ordered bagel with cream cheese and dark roast coffee. My bagel came toasted which I did not want and the coffee, when Iwent to fill my cup, was empty. Nobody seemed to care. I will not be returning to this Panera Bread. Even though it used to bemy favorite spot to go. Read more
Love the Beverage Sip club. For about $10/mo, unlimited hot and cold beverages (excluding some premium beverages). Some good... healthy food choices but be prepared to pay up! Yogurt with fruit and granola was a really small portion size for $5. Yes,tasty and healthy, but poor value. See picture, but it is much smaller than it looks in the photo. Ordered a bagel pack, nothing I ordered was correct, and the Asiago cheese bagels were not even included. And things I didn?t... order were added in. I also added on 4 additional bagels and those were excluded so I had to make two trips. Very frustratingfor a 6:45am pick up!!! Read more
Always a great spot to stop for lunch, hangout and get some work done. I was able to order soup, work for a couple hours, refill... my drink several times and take advantage of their free wifi. Read more
got a basic half caesar salad, unfortunately it was half the size of a half and mostly soggy and rotten lettuce.
Food was pretty good and quick to come out, but nothing else what great. The bread was just thrown in the bag. Their online... ordering system wasn't working with the gift card I tried. I called and it rang until the call disconnected or they hung up.This was during their less busy time (the automated system said the busy time was 6p-7p. It was cheaper for the exact sameorder inside as I had entered online. They didn't tell me they were out of avocado when I went in so thankfully I knew from ittelling me online. It would have been nice if they asked if I needed plastic utensils instead of just giving them to me. Read more
The food was rather bussin. I stopped in at the busiest time and they served me well. The manager Reagan was incredible. His... kindness made my entire day. You could tell he was very dedicated to the Panera brand . I?d give 6 stars if I could. Would eatthere every day if I could. Read more
