Waited 35 minutes in the drivethough and they still didn't take my order. Terrible service
I chose this KFC location not because it was convenient for me, because it's not. But because the KFC closest to me is a... complete disaster, if only sporadically open and frequently runs out of items like chicken. I have stopped at the locationbefore and knew they were quick, friendly and dependable. They are how a KFC location should be run! Thank you! Read more
Door dashing doesn't do your fine food any favors. If you can't eat this right away then go. In person dining In other words;... is the best way to eat their products. Great for picnics and get togethers too. I have no bad things to say about KFC. Thislocation is awesome! Read more
I just went there for lunch today and used the drive thru. The ordering went fine, with the exception that they did not repeat... the order back or provide a total. At the window I received the wrong items and had to flag the staff member back to exchangethe food with the correct items. No napkins, silverware, or butter for biscuits was given even though I had mashed potatoes, macand cheese, and a biscuit. I once again had to wave my hands to get the staff member back. I requested the napkins, silverware,and butter from them. They seem annoyed that I would ask. The staff member came back with a hand full of napkins and walked awayonce again. I still didn't get silverware or butter- I decided not to flag them down a third time and left angry. I never got ahello, a thank you, an apology for wrong items or for not getting the basic supplies needed to eat the food. It has taken mealmost 2 years to try this location again, hopeful that it had improved, but this experience shows me they have not. I was theonly customer they had and I couldn't get even a hint of service or accuracy. I am forever done with this location. Afterseveral years of not getting it right- the location should just be closed to avoid the community from having to deal with them. Read more
All I wanted was a spicy Mac n cheese bowl but no, God forbid that a single KFC in this country is run like anything other than... absolute garbage. Waited 20 minutes for two cars to get through the drive thru and left because there was another three ahead ofme. Have respect for yourself and go to Popeyes instead. Read more
My husband went on his break from work and went to KFC on cottage Gove Rd.Date wednesday September 30 At 11:20am In Madison... Wi. and got food and in my drink was a bug after I drank some. I opened it to put more ice in my lemonade and???????? it wassitting on top dead. What is the world coming to when you have to check your drinks. This had to have been done on purpose.Nasty disgusting people, I don't eat out at many places but KFC is off the list. Read more
