Glass Nickel Pizza is ALWAYS good. I never had a bad experience or bad food from here but, last night was especially... outstanding. I've made a mistake and ordered carry out from a location across town (Atwood Ave.) and I showed up at the locationI intended to order from (University Ave.). The guys were very understanding and accommodating, and canceled my order fromacross town, even comped my loyalty points and remade my pizzas there within 15 minutes! WOW!! What a customer service! I wasand still am blown away! Nowadays you go into a business and you wish you never did, because the customer service you receivejust simply disrespectful and terrible. But not here! Simply AMAZING! I just moved to Middleton and ordered here for the very first time. First, after I ordered I received a call to... confirm my order because something looks odd, I appreciate so much the call because in fact what I selected was the wrong thingand they were kindly enough to call me and confirm my order. Second, the delivery person was incredible kind and promptdelivering the pizza, and last but not least OMG! The pizza was soooo delicious! Honestly I don?t remember to eat a pizza likethat since many many years ago. I absolutely will continue buying from GNP. Last time I bought a pizza from GNP was two month ago and it was so good like always. Today I but another one and I can say the... quality has decreased a lot! It has less ingredients and thinner bread. The sauce is almost absent and the pizza is so dry. Not,recommended anymore! Maybe time for a new brand to pop up and collect GNP?s customers. Read more
