This location used to put out quality products but for the past several months the food and drinks have suffered, most likely... due to how busy the store is. I always order iced coffee drinks and they're not full when I get them, with an inch of room inthe cup. Also, twice now we ordered a maple bacon sandwich and didn't get ANY bacon on it. Workers are great, but always seems way too busy and way under-staffed. Ordered a mobile order for inside pick-up, got to the... store and the door was locked. Then had to sit through the 20min long drive-through just to get the order I already paid for. Read more
They were over 20 minutes behind on a simple delivery order, was told twice it was waiting for the food while I watched 2... workers on their phones not doing anything. Then was ignored for 10 more minutes before getting the order. Caused me to missover 30 minutes of delivery time and income that I rely on. I will not be back or pick up from this location again. Hello officer? Yes, I'd like to report a human rights violation. Yes. Yes, they threw the donuts into the bag face down. Yes.... All the frosting came off on the bag. No, nothing between the donuts to prevent adhesion. None of the order was correct either.Just random donuts I didn't order. Gas station quality at that. It?s surprising how a donut shop doesn?t know what donuts are. If you do an online order, make sure you get what you asked for.... I swear they have a wheel spinner and that?s how they decide which donut you get, regardless of what you actuallyordered. Coffee is okay. Light ice = more milk, not less drink. This was the dirtiest DD I've been to & i hit'em up all the time in Chicago, thought how good it was to have one here in Madison... unfortunately not the case. Food, paper, remnants of wax paper, & dirty floors. To top it off when out of donuts on shelf justleave the paper hanging just utterly filthy! No return from me. Read more
The worst Dunkin Donuts I?ve ever had the displeasure of ordering from. I don?t usually do reviews but everytime I get order... from them something is missing or the wrong item is sent. Its a roll of the dice and this is absolutely the last time I willorder from them. I ordered four items today and got one. The receipt was attached w/all four items listed. This place is so horrible. We did a mobile order for three donuts and a coffee. They had no donuts except for two types which... wasn?t even what we ordered. The coffee was horrible and was completely wrong in size, ingredients, and everything. Gave us thedrink without a straw and took literally 5 times to tell them what our order was. Horrible experience and this place needs toclose or reopen with new management. How does a donut shop not have a regular glazed or old fashioned donut? Customer servicewas horrid too. Read more
