Love this place!! You make your own dipping sauce for your cooked veggies and meat. Many flavors to choose from. I like to mix... it up and try all kinds of stuff. Great place to got to with friends and take your time and enjoy your food!! I have never beendisappointed here!! We also get a order of fried rice to go with dinner and all four of us share it. We went for a date night on a Saturday around 5-515. We got seated right away. The man that was serving us was excellent and... explained everything to us. The food came out fast. The sauce bar was fantastic and had a lot of good choices. We got beef andpork with Shrimp balls. It comes with a bunch of veggies. My husband got the Szechuan Spicy Broth. I got the Thai Hot and SourBroth. They were both excellent. They were not spicy to us, but we are used to spice. I got the Milk Tea, and my husband gottheir regular tea. They were both great. So happy they reopened since we only got to experience them once before they closed 2 years ago. It was so good. I had the... seafood with Korean kimchi broth and my husband had the beef with Szechwan Spicy broth. You make your own dipping sauce from 9different options and they have a recipe for a popular dipping sauce if you don't know what you want. Staff was friendly andvery helpful. I moved to Madison in July 2021. I was so disappointed to find that there wasn?t a hot pot restaurant good for single guests. So... fortunate that this restaurant?closed in 2020 summer due to leasing issue?reopened this weekend! Meat and vegetables were sofresh, and sauces were just great. Will visit here frequently! I had a great experience. It was affordable and I will definitely be coming back! We arrived during a busy time but they were... quick to get us a table- which happened to be their large group room? It was really nice that we had the space, and though thatarrangement wasn?t planned it was something I?d definitely consider bringing my 6 person family to! My boyfriend and I hadnever had hot pot but the worker was very informative and helpful. Food was delicious and we both left full. I enjoyed one ofthe spicy base options and it was great!
