Hey Cousins corporate, you need to get onto the operator of this location. There is a serious need for upkeep and a lot of... cleaning. This location is now a C property that is dark, unclean and uninviting. It may need a whole re-image. Food was OK,but could improve. Read more
Sub was wet and sloppy and not tasty at all. Was this a problem of the individual restaurant? No. What happened to Cousins? ... Something drastic changed in the way they construct their hot subs. Sometimes change is not for the better. The individualrestaurant looked like I stepped back into a 70's sitcom with the dark wood paneling and the dated decor. Sandwich didn't rescuethe lack of ambience. Won't eat at Cousins again. Makes me sad to say that but the value just isn't there anymore. Maybesomeone from Cousins corporate should actually eat one of those now nasty Philly steak sandwiches that had had one a decade agoand realize something went very, very wrong. Only drive-thru was open. Ordering was quite a challenge but the guy taking the order was exceedingly patient. We got a sub and... a bowl. The sub was fine. The bowl was good and large. VERY dingy and in serious need of a remodel. The inside has a pretty dank smell that?s hard to ignore. The floors were sticky,the ceiling was full of water stains, and the lighting was too dim.

every single time i ask for no lettuce, and 9/10 times there is lettuce on the sandwich. its so hard to be understanding when... every time you order they clarify ?no lettuce?? and you say ?no lettuce? just to receive a sandwich full of lettuce. i dontunderstand what else i have to do to get a sandwich made without lettuce. there was an occasion where ?no lettuce? was clarifiedtwice, and i still got lettuce. the manager told me its because when you take lettuce off it doesnt say ?no lettuce? on theticket, the word lettuce is just removed. so i understand that makes no sense and it could be easier to read for the peoplepreparing the food, but why is it so hard to notice that there is no vegetables on the sandwich, i just want meat and cheese. iwas really upset when i wrote this, it just makes me upset because ive been here maybe 15 times, and atleast 10-12 times itsbeen messed up Read more
I liked my Italian sub. I added black olives and pickles to it. And I got plenty of Vitamin C, 100 percent, from Hi-C Fruit... Punch. One of the African American guys did a great job mopping the lobby floor and changing the garbage bags. One of themhelped me find the Women's restroom. There is a decent selection of bottled beverages. I feel like the store manager needs toknow some things. There's mold in the ceiling. The lid to the Coca Cola isn't closed all the way. I came here today with my hungry family for lunch and when we went to go inside the sign on the door said ?drive through only?.... I had a trailer attached to my truck so I couldn?t make it through the drive through. As we walked back to my truck a woman thatworked there saw us and let us come inside to order our food to go. She was super nice and friendly, I wish I remembered hername but she defiantly went above and beyond for service. Also, the Cuban sandwich I had was really good. Read more
