Worst chipotle I have ever been to. I swear they put their most incapable staff in the most important positions. First, my... burrito got messed up by the portion lady, who barely gave me any meat. The next lady rolled my burrito so badly that it lookedlike an oversized egg. I was in utter disbelief at what I witnessed. I love chipotle but this is definitely the worst chipotle I?ve ever been to. They are always out of everything and ruin my... burrito every time. Wrote this today after that old lady (you know the one I?m talking about) just bunched my burrito up in aball and half covered it with foil. She has worked there for the entire time I?ve been in college and still has not figured outhow to not ruin a burrito. I placed a catering order for an event I was organizing and had quite the experience. Got the top level "Build Your Own: Triple"... with Chicken, Steak, Sofritas and all the bases and toppings. Quality was top notch as usual. A TON of greens sent (actuallyended up having extras since it 2 of the 6 boxes were used). They also sent lettuce as well as the super greens mix from thelifestyle bowl (with the Baby Kale). Everyone loved the meat Guac just disappeared, haha. Only complaint was that the order wassupposed to include fajita peppers, black beans, pinto beans, and shredded cheese... but none of these were included! Maybe theysent extra greens in place of those? Idk None of the attendees complained, but this did limit the options for vegetarians, so Ireported the issue as feedback on the Chipotle website. Got helped immediately! Someone responded via email and I followed upand they resolved the issue within an hour total! They provided a small refund and even offered me a free dinner for 2 as areward on my account. Such an amazing team! Read more
Whole establishment was unreasonably messy. Food was piling on the tables. They had no ice and I found a HAIR in my quesadilla.
I know college kids are scared of ordering food in person, but really? Online only? Isn?t the entire appeal of Chipotle that you... walk in, they make the burrito right in front of you, and then you?re good to go? Can?t help but laugh at a dozen kids on theirphone ordering their food while the assembly line is five feet in front of them. Read more
Soooooo?.. I wanted to know what all the hype was behind Chipotle.. the long lines, long waits, the computers crashing ? well we... went for the first time and it wasn?t that bad, but it wasn?t spectacular either. I thought everything was just basic/average:good tacos, good white rice with cilantro. During our visit, it was pretty hot- the soda machine (store) was completely out ofice? which was discouraging. This location (658 State St Madison, WI 53703) is not worth being opened. I ordered on the Chipotle site for delivery and for... some odd reason this is the location my order came from, over 6 miles from my house even though there was a location about amile from me. Needless to say my burrito was cold when it arrived and was very soggy, put together sloppy and way smaller thanany other location I have ordered from. This experience makes me want to switch back to Qdoba even though I just switched backto Chipotle about 2 months ago. This location must have a bunch of college students working there that don't care the quality ofthe food they put out because it after all just a pit stop on the way to their real careers and it shows in the horrible foodthey serve. I think I need to take another hiatus from Chipotle. I have had better food from Taco Bell than the burrito Chipotledelivered me last night. YIKES. Tried to place my order online at the University Ave location, which has been great in the past, but the website would... not let me. My ordered was delivered over 20 minutes late so not only cold but the cheese in the quesadilla solidified. Also theburrito bowl was disgusting. I ordered brown rice but the bowl came with CLUMPS of white rice, wilted lettuce along with a pieceof the stalk (who eats that??), gristle on the chicken and stale chips. Seriously?? I threw most of the meal out, wouldn't evenfeed it to my dog. She deserves much better! Do not, I repeat, do NOT go to this Chipotle. Read more
