I arrived at the store around 2pm on Saturday. The parking lot was a mess with trash. I walked into the store. There were 2... employees standing by the drive thru window cutting up. There were no cars in the drive thru. There were 3 more employees in thefood prep area that were standing around talking as they had no orders placed. There were two self help order kiosks but one wasbroken and there was a family ahead of us ordering at the other. We stood at the front counter looking at the menu. Eventually adrive thru employee came over to tell us that it was self order kiosk ordering only. We tried to go to the kiosk to find theother one broke and they were so close together that we could not really get close to it due to the other family ordering. Westood there for about 5 minutes waiting as the other family was still trying to figure out the kiosk and what they wanted.Eventually a girl that seemed to be management stepped forward from the back food prep area realizing they had customers in thelobby but no orders in the system and again told us we could order at the kiosk. We said it was broken and we were waiting ourturn. She went ahead and took our order after explaining they don't normally do that because of how short staffed they are, butsince nobody was in the drive thru she could take our order. Our order was taken. The tables were all dirty. They appeared tomaybe have been cleaned with a dirty rag. The family in front of us said the Pepsi was out. The manager went and checked andsaid it was fine. My wife tried it and said well it doesn't taste right, so there is still a problem. The manager just said shedidn't know, she would likely need to call pepsi. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands, and there was no soap. I told themanager there was no soap, to which I then heard her say to the staff they were out of soap, and she was taking the soap fromone of the employee hand wash stations to use in the restroom and they were to use the other sink. Had 5 layer burrito at 1030 am. It was fast hot and fat about 4 dollars. Delicious. No line at drive thru and a courteous staff... at window. Had a great day started with a great breakfast. Thank you! Read more
Stopped in here to use the restroom after being turned away from three places. The dinning room was actually closed and they... were having a meeting but they let me in and could not have been any nicer. It's hard to find good service anymore but thesepeople were extremely nice. Read more
I guess you shouldn?t expect much from fast food nowadays .. but this location is such a disappointment. Food is always old,... like they make the tacos an hour before and serve them as they?re ordered .. that has to be a health code violation, but tonightI pull up and they?re only taking online orders or Uber orders lol.. I drive by and see two people sitting on the counterinstead of working. Like I said .. I know you shouldn?t expect much from some places especially after covid but I?ll justcontinue to drive an extra 3 minutes up the road to goodletsville.
