Things came later than expected, but staff shortage was probably the reason. I admire our waiter. He was very helpful!

Randy is our server and he’s friendly and knowledgeable. I had the Walt’s famous shrimp plate. My husband got the endless... shrimp. ( don’t know where he puts it?) pretty good . Hot, fresh and tasty. He tried the coconut, Walt’s, parmesan baconscampi shrimp and scampi shrimp. Whooowe! Well it’s worth every cent and I’m stuffed and it’s not even Thanksgiving.Lol! Read more

We will never visit a red lobster again. We had to wait a long period of time for our food. Got home and all the items weren’t... in the bag so back to red lobster we had to go which was a waste of time, energy, effort and gas. Do not purchase their desertsbecause they give small portions for big cost. Kroger’s sell bigger portions sizes at much cheaper cost than this nonsense andthey couldn’t even put the drizzle on the cake just as it is in the photo. No more red lobster for us. When you know better,you do better. There did not put any sauce in the bag and to be honest just go to captain do’s because their much better andyou get your money’s worth. Read more

Can't remember our servers name but she was very knowledgeable of the menu. Our drinks never got empty, and she was talkative &... entertaining. Very good server. I was a manager for 8 years at a restaurant. Very pleased. Read more

This location had people waiting outside, and they indicated if would be about a thirty minute wait because they only had three... servers on. I was a bit skeptical, but curiosity got the better of me. Shortly thereafter I received a text indicating thatthey were ready to seat me. It did take a little time for them to come to my table after initially being seated, but Iunderstood the situation. The service picked up and my waitress didn't miss a beat. The whole team of servers frequented washtable and help each other out. The food was excellent. I'm glad I gave them a chance. Hats off to their staff. Read more
