Plus: The order was accurate. Not so good: I ordered 3 choc frosted cream filled. I at 3/4 of the donut before I found cream... and the icing was gritty and brittle. I don?t live near a KK so was excited to get fresh donuts and was disappointed it washard and dry, barely any cream with poor icing. Read more
Customer service was really NICE!!! THANK ALL OF YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR THAT, I LEFT WITH MY HEART A LITTLE BIT LIGHTER THAN WHEN... I WENT IN. ELLEN IS RIGHT JUST BE KIND NO MATTER WHAT. I was so excited to find this place. The one that we used to have closed down. I would give 5 stars, but I ordered chocolate... iced, custard filled. They gave me the cream filled. Wish they would still sell them prepackaged in the stores like they usedto. Read more
We went here on 10/2/22. This location was awful. One of my 2 donuts was so stale. You can tell this donut was from yesterday.... There is no way it was made today. And when i told the cashier its like they knew it would be. This location was also open onthe inside but looked like you couldn?t sit down inside. Very dirty, unorganized, employees just standing around while the storelooked absolutely awful. This is definitely the armpit of krispy kreme locations. Read more
They opened one hour late no explanation. Limited filled dounuts to choose from. Apple, Grape, and a favorite New York... Cheesecake no longer available on menu and they are smaller sizes. What is available are Chcolate Iced Cream, Bavarian Cream andLemon filled If Graded.. C- Read more
Placed an online order and showed up at the designated time to pick it up only to find that this location had the doors locked... before closing time. I called the store and was told by the "manager" that I would have to go through the drive thru. The linewas wrapped around the building. It took 50 minutes to get my order that I should have been able to get immediately uponarrival. Not so much as an apology. Customer service is definitely lacking. Don't have high expectations when visiting thelocation in Madison. Read more
They cancelled the order for the donuts we ordered for a birthday minutes before they were supposed to be picked up, leaving us... with nothing for the birthday. I called and spoke to their "assistant general manager" who said we could come spend 3 times asmuch money for assorted donuts and that was the best she could do to help. Apparently, donuts are first come first serve and ifyou order ahead, you're out of luck because that doesn't count. Read more
