Bought a dozen chocolate glazed an hour ago. Go home and they were too stale to eat. Use to love Krispy Kreme donuts. Very... disappointed. Read more
Plus: The order was accurate. Not so good: I ordered 3 choc frosted cream filled. I at 3/4 of the donut before I found cream... and the icing was gritty and brittle. I don?t live near a KK so was excited to get fresh donuts and was disappointed it washard and dry, barely any cream with poor icing. Read more

I called and spoke to their "assistant general manager" who said we could come spend 3 times asmuch money for assorted donuts and that was the best she could do to help.
